My October 2018 Monthly Passive Income Report
I’m happy with these less drastic gains/losses. They’re less scary than the huge spike up I experienced in September. In my opinion, it’s a sign of a better managed operation which I’m determined to maintain.
In October 2018, I generated $2,756.67 in monthly passive income which was equivalent to a +17.92% increase in growth from September 2018’s revenue and a +25.57% gain in net income!
My rental income went up again as a result of one more new tenant. As mentioned previously, I ended up doing some remodeling work on one of my properties this month which cost me quite a bit- although I felt like those expenses shouldn’t be included here just yet. I plan to share more on how that went down including lessons learned etc.
For now, here’s how October really went down…

Just like September ($1,900.40 net income), I’m happy with the upward trend going on this month. Rental income came to the rescue again!
“Real Estate rehabs are nothing to play with”.
I’m excited to share in the near future how my rehab went, there’s definitely a lot of lessons I learned that I can’t wait to share with you guys.
Thank you for reading, until next month, stream on!
